FEST survey on storytelling in community work. Dear storyteller, community worker, trainer, The Federation for European Storytelling (FEST) is a European network of organizations and associations active in the field of storytelling. FEST wants to enhance the visibility and the recognition of storytelling as a performing art. The network also contributes to a European approach to the professional development of storytellers. (for more info please visit www.fest-network.eu). One of the items we tackle is the use of stories and storytelling techniques in different sectors of society: education, community work, heritage etc.. Below you can find the link to a survey. This survey deals with the use of stories and storytelling techniques in working with vulnerable groups. In this survey we address storytellers, community workers and trainers/workshop leaders who work(ed) with migrants, newcomers, refugees, minorities or other vulnerable groups in society. Your answers will help us map opportunities, techniques and good practices. Please be aware We will not publish any personal details but we plan to use your answers, statistics and examples in a public report on the FEST website for the benefit of the storytelling sector and their work in society. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YLRWSGZ Please answer before 28 May.
