Probably all of us are fascinated with language. It is our tool to do the thing we love most: share stories. But how can sharing stories be a tool to acquire language?
Some of us might be dealing with language learning, either professionally or as a volunteer. Either in formal of non-formal learning. Other would maybe like to do so.
For that reason, we dedicate the next Forum to this topic. We start with the presentation of an Erasmus+ project, Alternative Ways, in which language learning using storytelling and other non-formal tools was at the core. The project focused specifically on groups with low language learning skills, but the results show that storytelling can easily be used on multiple level.
Together we will explore the possibilities and impossibilities and the added value of using storytelling in addition to the acquisition of a language. For example, in the field of personal growth.
More information on the Alternative Ways project can be found on www.alternativeways.eu.
