Privacy Policy

Federation for European Storytelling is an international non-profit making association, registered under Belgian law with our main office at Kasteelstraat 6, 3740 Bilzen, Belgium.

The Federation of European Storytelling (FEST) is a European network of organizations and associations active in the field of storytelling. It does not network individual storytellers. Its members represent national, regional or local organisations like professional storytelling associations, festival organisers, storytelling training centres, local authorities, academies, colleges, universities, cultural centres or libraries all with a special interest in storytelling.

At this moment FEST has 83 members in 25 different countries. The network aims to empower the world of storytelling in Europe through sharing, learning and relationship building. FEST also focuses on professional development of the storyteller as a performing artist and as a professional provider of storytelling techniques in other (cultural) sectors.

The federation of European Storytellers is a network of members and partners that support our mission. To keep our network informed about developments and opportunities in the storytelling sector, we keep a database of stakeholders. Your integrity is important to us and we aim to protect it by our privacy policy and according to the General data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal data and how we treat it.
